How an entry is recorded
When a published guide changes a fact, the corrections log gains an entry. The entry names the date, the guide, what was wrong, and what the guide says now. The guide’s own updated date moves at the same time.
Wording changes that do not alter a fact are not listed. Invented sample corrections are not listed either. An empty log means no material correction has been published yet.

No corrections have been published. The launch set is dated 5 November 2026, and nothing in it has been revised after publication.
